No, it's definitely not a top priority with me, either...
 
I don't know if it's because of the companies I've worked for, or what,
but most of the trauma facilities I deliver to are pretty cold towards
us. We are an outside service from a county nearby, and I've heard alot
of docs and nurses say some pretty mean things about my company
(granted, most of them are true), but even when I was doing my
paramedic rotations, they were distant. I expressed a great desire to
help them and to learn what they have to teach, but only the county
hospital was a bit friendly and let me practise my skills, which I did
without error.
Well, it doesn't matter. I'm transfering to the service that is more
respected, so I'll see how that goes...
