What they meant by no membership required.

ICK! Well, I would say the BOAT/US store here in Dallas is as far from
the water as Dallas is from the ocean. The closest lake to it is a good 20-30
miles.

Unfortunately, the area of the US we live in is too far from salt water
even for weekend trips. We would have to plan a special weekend or threeday
or something like that in order to go salt water fishing.
