HELP ME!!

Before I start I have posted a few messages about my problem but nothing
came of them. I hope that there is someone out there who can help me as I am
about to get a severe kicking from the boss if I don't sort it out.

The beginning.
I have a server running Novell 3.12 100 user.I bought a 3.20 250 user
upgrade.I thought this a good idea as I was getting close to the 100 user
limit and I could be YK2 ready. So far so good.
I upgraded the server from the CD provided and everything seems ok. I get
the "Netware 3.2 Enhancement Pack" in my Currently Installed Products screen
(In install from the server console).

What's the problem you say??

I have a disk that is labled "Netware 3.2 Upgrade" which is my 250 user (I
presume). I ran a file called "NUNLOCK.EXE" which went through the
activation key setup and then basically turned the disk into a server boot
disk.

Where do I go from here?? I have tried copying the Server.exe to the server
but I get a fair few errors and then cannot load any NLM's.

What is the point of the Server boot disk??

I seem to be now YK2 ready but I really need to have the 250 user licence up
and running. I have tried Novell but they wanted me to use a �1.50 per
minute phone number. That's a little steep don't you think??

Any help will be greatfully accepted (If your in Notts or Derbys,UK then a
beer will be supplied!!)
