system console and see what's going on there.  Sometimes Netware is
waiting on you to hit enter to confirm a slot or port number.   Find
the correct drivers for the disk/controller you are installing and if
necessary, manually load them from the console.  Once your drivers get
loaded, you can toggle back to the install window and installation
will proceed.
