If we're in a fight with 15 rogue players on 15 different BBSes, then as far as
I'm concerned, it's cheap land for us.  Besides, these BBSes that have cheaters
on them are never happy having them, and we'll just get the ok from their
planet co-ordinator to delete 'em manually if the sysops don't do it for them
