It's not odd to tack on, at least not to me.  It's a nice reflective and
beautiful way to resolve all the tension and mass hysteria of the
preceding "Sound Chaser."  It's similar to what happens on side 1
with "Soon" closing the raucous "Gates of Delerium" section.
