OK, here's the deal. I agreed to take some finer-size AlOx off the hands
of a machinist friend who got it along with a bunch of other shop stuff in
a tub that broke..and he's had it stored ever since in flour bags, through
which it sifts.
There are now 6 bags of around 35 lbs each stacked on my porch. This looks
and feels to be around 220 grit, very nice particle size distribution, may
show a bit of preloading with finer sizes but hey, you could sift that out
and get two grades for the same price... ;)
I don't need quite that much, maybe only half of it...
So if y'all want some, up to kilo lots I expect,
write me off-list and for postage it can be yours. This is
first-come-first-serve and there'll be a cutoff at some point, so be quick!
Haven't used it yet as I haven't got anything right now at that stage but I
won't ship any until I've verified it works well for the intended purpose.
Cheers,
Mark Cowan
