 JS{at}>    The art of raising a teenage girl. My daughter turns
 JS{at}> sweet sixteen this month. Seems like only yesterday she
 JS{at}> was so much younger and didn't look much past the next
 JS{at}> day. Suprisingly the "B" word (Boys) hasn't been a major
 JS{at}> topic of concern yet. Course a father is probably the
 JS{at}> last one to REALLY know.  Hopefully she has grown up
 JS{at}> knowing the value and the consequences of her actions and
 JS{at}> decisions in that matter.

  My late wife had the view that "boys are a waste of time and effort".
We knew each other as friends for 17 1/2 years, and never thought of
marriage...let alone to each other. We hit it off, and got married in
2003...but tragically, a heart attack claimed her life just over 10
months ago. She was her parents only child, so it obviously hit them
about as hard as me, if not more so. However, I still keep in touch
with them on a daily basis...and will do so if I ever get married
again. However, I'm still basically "in mourning"...even though I'm
busier now with the BBS and my other hobbies, than when I was married.
