Nah... it's just the fact that he hasn't seen fit to father any yet.

I Hope that they can and will work things out between them.  Both for
their own sakes and especially for the kids.

Unfortunately... that isn't going to do any good...  He already knows
that I'd like to have them, at least eventually... and he's already
referred to her kids as "the closest you're likely to come to grands at
least for a while"...  And so far there doesn't seem to be much of a
likelihood of this becoming a long-term relationship, although it MIGHT
develop into such.  So far he's mostly still looking for what's in it
for him... not a good sign...   And I'd just as soon he doesn't mess up
her life any more than she's had to deal with already... she's a nice
enough girl.
