B-R-I-L-L-I-A-N-T!!!!!!!!!!   Many thanks Jim and David.  It now works with
Tobruk, with just the one glitch in that there is a pragma which makes it
align on integers instead of characters.  It is available here now as
MSGAPI34.ZIP. I have updated it, added a bit of docs, and that is available
here now as MSGAPI35.ZIP, and so the development version of Tobruk now
compiles with BCOS2. Yipeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!  Decent warning messages at
last.  BFN.
