subject: ISDN `modems` and ESP cards

A couple of ISDN connection questions.
Does Hayes produce an ISDN adapter (modem)? If not, is there one in the
works? If so, will it do ISDN and V34?
Now, with ISDN adapters, are the internal versions better than an external?I
read that the internal can do the full 128kb while a parallel port version
can only do 115kb. And, I'm sure that a standard serial port would
 potentially be even slower?
So, where does the ESP card come into play with this? Would an external ISDN
adapter with an ESP card have identical performance figures compared to an
internal ISDN adapter? Would the locked rate be doubled to the 230kb
tting?
Can the ESP be set at 230kb under OS/2 with the SIO fossil?
 Thanks for your time,
                      John
Later,
      John
