I can only speak for R24 (Germany):

We have more than one great projekt:

- www.was-ist-fido.de = The biggest homepage related to FidoNet I've
                        ever seen. But only in german, because we
                        find not enough people to translate it in english.
                        The WIF-Project publish also every year a CD-ROM-
                        Version with all tools and programms related to
                        FidoNet. Merchandising, a telephone-hotline etc.
                        is also aviable.

- FidoPaket deluxe    = Like the AOL-CDs, with these downloadable tool
                        make it possible, that interessted people can
                        be a point in a few minutes, 24h a day. Using
                        the FidoOverIP-Technology.

- CDP FidoPointProjekt= With this technology and related programms
                        interested people can be a point in a few
                        minutes, 24h a day. Using ISDN, modem and FoIP
                        and different programms.


With this package, we have proofed, that R24 is able to collect :) new
points. Not very much, but a few. Every month.
