While this may be 50% off topic, I read the following report in
Computerworld (Australia) 19 Jul 1996...(www.idg.com.au/computerworld)
"BORLAND International and Microsoft will resolve a long standing
dispute with Borland agreeing to licence Microsoft Foundation's
Classes 4.1 for inclusion in it's C++ products. Borland will
include the class library, along with it's own OWL class library
in a free Borland C++ upgrade due next month."
