Same results here when trying this one on for size. What is it you're
trying to do with this command line?  The "z" parameter, according to
the help screen, is usually preceded with a hyphen, making it "-z" on
the backside of anything you'd be using it for. In most instances, you'd
be using something that might look more like this:
 
  arj c -s1 [filename] -z[filename.ext]
 
This command line tells ARJ to add a comment to the file named as
[filename], using the [filename.ext] named adjacent to the "-z"
parameter. By the way, the "-s1" parameter tells ARJ to maintain the
original timestamp on the archive, not update that information based on
the date/time you added the comment file, if that's what you're doing.
