Considering that those who wrote the 2nd amendment were well aware of 
the importance of privately owned field artillery (not to mention 
privately owned and armed warships) in our battle for independence, 
this one is especially ludicrous and very obviously a violation of the 
2nd.   Those who try to tell us the founders only had muskets in mind 
are either lying or ignorant.
