Understand...since we moved to Windows, my calls for problems went from 50 a 
day to 360 a day...does that tell you anything.
It is not Network printing...it is connected to a printer share box, that 
lets 8 computers print to 1 printer.  So the only spooling would be the Print 
Mangler.
