          Aditya,

                                   Yes,.. you must parobolize your mirror
Tool on Top..... You have a thin mirror putting the mirror on top of the
tool will flex the glass and mess everything up.
    It is not complicated just folow the rules  of  always supporting your
mirror with a flexable base,,
such as a thick 'wet' carpet, a foam pad that is somewhat waterproof, or
foam shelf liner sold at
some of the depots or lowes stores..(this seems to be the best). Keep the
rotation consistant on the tool
and mirror according to the rules, you will be alright.... then you will
have to work some more, and then
work some more, and then work somemore, and then get pissed, and then work
some more.  Oh wait
