I dont know if my previous message made it past North America or not, but, I 
am having a problem with HTick.  I wish to use the version that allows the 
announce feature, and when I do, I get errors about a certain library not 
existing in the smapi dll file.  FCONFMVC.DLL is linked to missing export 
SMAPIMVC.DLL:GenMsgld.  I get that same error no matter which version of the 
DLL files I use, and any of the version that support the announce feature.  I 
am using Windows 98 SE on the computer.  I do have Fidoconfig, SMAPI and Htick 
installed.  Does anybody have any ideas?  I even tried the 1.9 release
