I'm enquiring if any one out there has ANY information on the AUSLINX
Tasmanian Devil 36.600k Fax modem, which Dick Smith is selling (in QLD) for
$199 at the moment.  Is it reliable? Does it connect at 36600? Is it worth
the money ?  Is it Australian made... and by who?  What sort of warranty?

Also would like to hear from anybody with modem suggestions (to purchase)
that are good value for money and work well (reliable). looking for 36.6k
or better.

Is there a modem release coming soon for a 52.00k ? Heard rumours awhile
ago that they are near (before xmas 96). Any Info ?????
