Rich's Fido address is 1:3828/1.3 -- that ".3" indicates that Rich is running
a point off of someone else's board (the 1:3828/1 part of the address). When
you are a point, you can basically be a regular BBS caller, but you can
download message packets from the host board just like Sysops do. You don't
