I am now using 1.9 and it seems to be working, except for a perceived problem 
with the tic files.  Says there is no File Size present in the tic file, and 
no To address present either in the tic.  I dont know how to get around that 
part.  I have downloaded Htick, fidoconfig, and smapi.  From what I read, that 
is all I needed to run Htick??
