 BC> PKZIP is _NOT_ internal to the BW OLR, that is why you have to tell 
 BC> BW or BWPACK.BAT where to find it. 

        Right. It finds it fine as it packs the replies.

 BC> Make sure you have the path correct in BWPACK.BAT: 
 BC> C:\BWAVE\PKZIP.EXE -e0 %2 %3
 BC> and that a copy of PKZIP.EXE is in the C:\BWAVE directory.

        All this is properly setup. I looked at the file BWPACK.BAT.
        Still baffling, is it not ?
