About the same.  The drive up is on the same road,  We made good time.
 The difference being that I didn't have to hassle with anything.  The
hotel was taken care of, meals were taken care of, get on the boat don't
worry about tickets.  It was a good balance of organized and free time.
 When I was over frolicked after the Island the tour guide went out of
his was to pick me up for dinner from the hotel.  The rest of the group
when to the concert so planed and then to dinner.  I didn't pull money out
to pay for anything except the options I wanted to buy.  One check paid the
whole weekend.  It also wasn't a weekend with people I didn't know.

The down side is I didn't have control of the bus, choice of the
restaurant, or the itinerary.  I would have preferred more stops on the
road.  I have made longer road trips.  I would have preferred a horse and
buggy, Sue can drive, and not the carriage tour.  You can't get lost on the
Island.
