Are you using the Netware Client on the workstation? You should use it on
all workstations.
You're getting this message because users are being presented with the
Microsoft Windows username/password combo. If your name as entered on the
workstation is jane doe and your password is qqqqq, then if bill smith uses
the workstation and uses a different password then you'll get
the Windows message you're complaining about.
If you use the Netware Client you will not see the Windows login unless
the workstation is not connected to the network. Make sure the Netware
client is the primary logon, in Control Panel/Network/Primary Login.
