        That is a little (?) beyond me, Bruce. But I went and had a
  look at this BWREPFIX.bat via "edit" and all was as you wrote,
  ie: -e0 %2 %3 calling for Zip.exe. It is my unlearned opinion that
  the bone is not there.   I can not see any call to Dale either as
  his REPFIX works for others.

        I am considering D/Ling a new BW2.30 file to set it up anew.
  But as the flags/marks are the only thing missing here, I will maybe
  wait until I go north again. Just ot be safe.
