Also, another note to this......A friend of ours got his car towed, in 
the process of towing, a door flipped open (I witnessed it.), broke the 
hinge in the process.  The city wouldn't pay for a new hinge because 
they said he "shouldn't have left the car on the street in the 1st. 
place."  He was also trying to do a engine transplant on his '60's VW. 
 Pretty bad, huh?
