Greetings...
I've been "moderating" this echo - I put moderating in quotes because it's 
needed very little - since it was backboned several years ago. (Anybody know 
exactly when that was?  I've got no record of it.)  A number of recent 
changes in Fidonet have led me to think seriously about giving up my node 
number, after almost eight years (ex-125/9, ex-125/99, ex-105/99).  Whether 
or not I end up doing that, it seemed like time for somebody else to take 
over.  Fred and I have talked about it and decided that he will moderate with 
Willie Wilson (1:129/89) as co-moderator. I've already sent Willie the elist 
password and the change, though effective now, should show up in the October 
elist.
Thanks to all of your for making the moderating of this echo a no-brainer.
Thanks to Willie for being willing to take over.
And most of all, thanks to Fred for writing such a great program, for being 
the most responsive software author I've run into in all my time sitting in 
front of CRTs, and for just being a heck of a nice guy.
