| subject: | Telix DOS in Win95 |
VB>The program name says it all Telix for "DOS", Win95 does strange things to VB>comms, as did Win3.xx, and stranger things to a lot of DOS programs. VB>Try running a native Win95 comms program, or run Telix in "REAL" DOS. Telix can work perfectly happily with Win95, as an aside if it couldn't, you wouldn't be reading this message. In my case it is run via a shortcut from the desktop. I suggest that the person who started this thread try it this way and if it still doesn't work, take a close look at the properties. cheers Tony Smith ___ X SLMR 2.1 X This tagline is umop apisdn --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Far Northern News (28.8K) - Cairns, Tropical North Qld (3:640/531) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 640/201 206 217 219 222 238 254 257 281 299 SEEN-BY: 640/302 305 309 320 370 375 379 386 391 452 531 535 539 547 702 771 SEEN-BY: 640/772 812 820 821 822 823 829 837 838 890 895 690/660 711/401 409 SEEN-BY: 711/410 413 430 808 809 899 932 934 712/515 713/317 714/906 800/1 @PATH: 640/531 201 820 711/409 808 934 |
