you could try... but it isn't the app that you are after that is the
malware/adware mess... it is the extra stuff that's been added as they try
to justify their provision of the file to start with and to monetize it to
keep it going... you can either install their crap or say no on most of
them but then you might get hit with some web pages being thrown at you so
they can try to collect some $$$ via ads on those pages...

how? that's easy... refuse to use their services... don't get files from
there and voice to the originator about your dis-satisfaction of that
distribution channel... if there's no other channel to get the files from,
then don't support them at all... vote with yer feet! ;)
