MG> Ok, I'll look for those on the net, and will ask if MG> I have any problems setting them up. Where can I MG> get the source files (and which ones do I need)? The source code for the compiler, etc, can be had from www.gnu.org. Every Linux distribution I am aware of has packages for bison, gcc, make, etc., though, so you might not have to hunt the 'net at all. If you were asking for the Maximus source, you can download it from maximus.sourceforge.net, or http://wes.zapto.org/~maximus. If you want to on the "bleeding edge" of development, you should use CVS to grab the source instead of downloading it. You will still need max-3.03-etc.tar.gz, unless you want to roll your own configuration files from scratch (from a dos import). Oh, I just remembered, you were thinking about building under djgpp. This is not supported, but I see no reason why it can't be done (assuming you're willing to do a bunch of work, and know the DOS environment better than I do). If you *do* get it working under djgpp, please, please, please send me your code so that I can merge it with the current tree.
