Android releases from Google don't provide bash in the base system. There's sh,
but it's in /system/bin/ not /bin/.
You'll also find a lot of other GNU utilities you take for granted are missing,
like grep, less, etc.
Normally to add bash or tcsh to Android you need to root the device (to give
you write access to /bin/ among other things), then install something like
Termux to provide the missing GNU stuff.
