I really don't know how to explain it but whenever somebody loses carrier, 
the modem does not reset properly. It shows the RD & SD Lights flashing and 
the Bulletin Board screens still show up, etc... I have to turn the modem off 
to get it to reset and its only when a user drops carrier. When a normal ATH0 
hangup its fine.
What should I check?
