Ok, I was able to confirm that Kegs works... sort of.  The serial
emulation is pretty raw, in that the apple is sending screen text
directly as upper-ascii characters (high-bit set).  The SSC firmware
translates apple screentext to lower-ascii (standard) characters, but
Kegs' telnet emulation does not do this.  Is this how a //gs actually
works as well?  Since the overall goal is to stream full 8-bit data, I
need to know if this is something I have to code around or if it is
unique to Kegs alone.
