Lenovo 3000 N100, using Ubuntu 7.04

Doesn't Work:
     Fingerprint Scanner (IP issues)
     Webcam (haven't looked into it yet)

Needed Update:
     Needed the Intel 915 resolution update for 1280x800 res.

Everything else seems to work out of the box... Glad I had so much trouble 
with the damned HP that I took it back.. :)  Hell, even the wireless nic 
worked out of the box, since ubuntu was kind enough to include the proprietary 
driver for the onboard wireless...  nice quick LT... Best Buy has it for $649 
currently.

Honestly, this has been the absolutely easiest hardware install for linux I've 
ever done.. next easiest was with a prior ubuntu version.. so I'm pretty 
pleased.. not doing too much to it yet, as I have a bigger HD that should get 
delivered on tuesday for it.. just happy as sin so far.
