Is this happening on your server?  BSPX, and I'm not an expert, I believe
relates to a Btrieve engine relation to the SPX protocol.  I know the BSPX is
used by Arcserver.

The first and obvious solution is to make sure that everything in current: 
Novell, your Arcserve if you run it, all your drivers, and then go from there.
