Hello Everyone, 
We've had an interesting couple of months.  Hopefully I'll get it written 
in one section, if not, then I'll just have to bore you even longer!  
Many of you know our story but for those who don't I have a 16 year old son 
in a residential center because he makes false accusations, he threatened 
to kill us and so on.  His actions caused our daughter to be in foster care 
for 8.5 months.  We almost lost her forever.  She's been home for 3 months.
On 10/13 Daryl was told by us that he would NEVER live with us again.  
On 10/17 Daryl claimed he had been having sex with his brothers.  (They 
can't even stand to be in the same room with him because he won't bathe!)  
On 10/18 this was reported to CPS.
On 10/31 we told Daryl's psychiatrist that we wanted NO CONTACT with Daryl
any more because of his lies and his attempts to destroy the family.  
Between 10/31 and 11/5 Daryl claimed that 5 of our 7 kids have been having 
sex with each other regularly.  (I guess we'll be next when he gets nothing  
from us for Christmas.)
On 11/6 this was reported to CPS. 
On 11/26 Daryl ran away from the center (for five hours).  We were notified 
and we called the police.  The center is only 50 miles away.  We told the 
police we felt we were in danger because of Daryl's previous threats.  The 
police were great and patrolled the area heavily and watched the house.
On 11/28 a social worker went to the school to talk to the boys.  Travis 
was home sick. (CPS doesn't want to talk to Jessica.)  Steven knew his 
rights and said he wasn't going to talk unless I was present.  The social 
worker refused.  Steven made the request FOUR times, then the social worker 
got mad and threatened to call the police on Steven if he didn't cooperate.  
Steven was scared to death that CPS would take him like they took Michelle 
(one year ago to the day!), so UNDER DURESS, he answered the questions.  
When he was done, Steven told Jessica what happened, including that he was 
scared and wanted to go home.  Jessica told me and I went to get Steven.
After Steven told me what happened, I called CPS to complain about how he 
was treated. The social worker said he was coming over to talk to the kids.  
I said my kids wouldn't talk unless I was present.  He threatened me with 
the police. I said, "Get a warrent."  I pointed out that CPS regulations 
state that he only has TEN calendar days to act on a report.  (First report
41 days past, Second report 22 days past).  He got very angry and said he 
didn't have to know what the regulations were and then he began taunting me 
for knowing more about the regulations than he did.  He showed up half an 
hour later (no warrent). I told him to come in but that he would taped when 
he talk to my kids IN MY PRESENCE (on my attorney's advice!).  He refused.  
He spent an hour standing outside my open doorway yelling and threatening 
us.  I repeated the regulations again and he said he didn't have to follow 
the regulations and that he could do whatever he wanted to do.  He said it 
was okay if he was out of compliance and that the county was almost always 
out of compliance.  When he left he was yelling that he was coming back 
with the police.  He hasn't gone back to the school and he hasn't come 
here.  I offered to speak to him about Daryl.  He refused to talk to me.
I sent letters of complaint to the proper people.  Tomorrow I am making an 
appointment with an attorney and I am filing a law suit against the county 
ASAP.  I don't have to sit back and take it, and I'm not going to.  They 
have pushed us far enough and they are not going to push us any more.
