I wonder from when comes your authority for making broad-based claims about 
the ill effects of Mariju AS I see it, the substance is very understudied, 
because of the abuse histeria.  We would be doing ourselves a serve as a 
society to be able to put it to study and real find out what affects it has.  
As I have seen it used, I doubt what you say, but anecdotal is all any of us 
have to make our claims.
