Sorry to take so long to get around to this, but...
You can't. The use of TCP/IP with the Ethernet_802.x frame types is not
supported. TCP/IP can be bound only to Ethernet_II and Ethernet_SNAP frame
types.
That's a heckuva Cisco router if it doesn't support Ethernet_II!
