Balance is determined by all involved.  I can come up with stuff that Garry
may find unbalancing as all get out, but Joe finds it within balance.  ( I
used those names as examples...not by style :D)

Has there ever been an effort made to determine the levels of balance here?
If we're all looking at the same page, it'll give us an idea of just what
is balance, and how we all see it.
