Sterling Garwood  made an utterence to the

Question - when using the RV-75 should the TR-7 FIXED button be in or 
out? I have been using it with the FIXED button in the out (not a fixed 
frequency) position. Seems to be ok.
Also - anyone out there have a UV-3 service manual and/or a UV-3 
Audio/IF board I can buy?
