Bill,
A couple of things to check.  First has the "store" button (just left of =
the readout) been pushed in by accident?  Also, has the "aux program" =
knob been switched off the "norm" position by accident??  If not, it may =
be that the DR7 readout board needs to be reseated.  I have never had =
the "scanning" cured by switching in the RV-75, so not sure if I'm on =
the right track, but all three of these things cause strange readout =
problems.  Hope one of these helps!
