To the extent that it emulates the Applicard hardware, it will absolutely work 
on an accelerated GS - or accelerated IIe for that matter.  There's no DMA 
access involved, just simple handshaking so it shouldn't care about the speed.

I have an Applicard that's been overclocked to 10Mhz. (couple of wires on the 
back, new crystal and faster DRAM).  Used for years with a TranswarpGS.  At 
the time it was the fastest CP/M machine available.
