Hey Ben!

 BR> Anyone know of a good reference/tutorial on converting DOS/Wins
 BR> batch files to bash scripts?

I doubt such a thing exists given that bash scripts and batch files are
entirely different animals. However there does exist a great
reference/tutorial on bash scripting called "Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide" and
can be located at;

  http://www.tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/

I heard a rumour that the last maintainer quit due to utter disgust with
Windows people looking for assistance for their bash ports to Windows. If true
all I have to say is, "The heathen bastards!!!" :::evil grin:::

BTW what is wrong with posting such a request in TUXPOWER?

Life is good,
Maurice

... Don't cry for me I have vi.
