Why would you want to use ANSI?  HTML and JavaScript are so much more 
interesting to use and work with.  They are certainly no more difficult to 
use then ANSI and are more universally applicable.

My search now is for a good, freeware or not timelimited shareware , frames 
aware (and enabled) WYSIWYG page editor.  The one that's part of Netscape is 
not Page/Frame aware, has no Idea what CGI is and is harder to use than a 
Wordprocessor and off line reader.

However some nice , not frames, pages can be made easily with just a text 
editor (I use notepad) , a good Html book, and a browser (I use netscape in 
off line mode).
