Okay, I'm probably missing something really basic here. As a tech support
type for an ISP, ipconfig is easily one of my top 3 commands (followed by
tracert and format C: /y) on the Dos prompt (I don't care what they rename
it, it's still the Dos prompt,ok?).

Now, does Linux/Unix in General have an equivalent command? It's really
nice to see what the DHCP fairies have left (or failed to leave) at your
doorstep sometimes.
