I received the replacement blower motor fan and relay this past weekend.
Everything went in with no issues, but the fan has a very loud humm to it. 
It is beyond anything that you would want to listen to all the time with
the blower motor turned on.  I have to believe the unit is defective.

At any rate, it is getting RMA'ed and I'm waiting for a different blower
motor (went for a different brand).
