The current situation with the installation of digital mux equipment seems
to be that the costs for intra-city and inter-state are now actually very
similar but are perceived to be different by the punters and hence charged
at different rates by the Telcos.  It really shouln't cost any more to call
Perth as to call across your local city/town.
