	Issue Regulations: Patrolling The Line - Infantryman Status

War is fought by Many who Serve in Many skilled Combat Professions, But War can
never be declared Won Until the Patrolling foot Soldier Can state after many
Trials and Tribulations In Combat That the enemy is, for certain, Defeated and
No Longer poses an Offensive Threat. Wars are not Won until the Patrolman says
so.

Authorized for Service in a Combat Patrol capacity; actively or potentially
engaging an enemy force as an infantryman on foot.
