Greetings Herbert!
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Herbert Bushong wrote to Don Guy:
#HB#> First off, the VSIO.SYS doesn't take parameters.
I removed them the day after my original post. :)
#HB#> You might also want to capitalize the Internet and None.
Case sensitive? It doesn't seem so. As I just wrote to Paul W., HA Lite can
find the virtual port with Internet/None as I originally wrote them.
#HB#> Next, before starting Telix, you need to run the VMODEM.EXE program.
Yep. I'm past this stage. :)
#HB#> Next, load up Telix. Make sure it's set for the correct comm
#HB#> port/addr/irq. It should then work.
/Should/ is the operative word. Telix hangs each time I try to switch it to
COM4. So far I've tried a variety of port addresses/IRQs, each with no more
success than the other.
