Hi Doug, Debian 4 has a version for Alpha, as does CentOS (4.4 I think), which is a varient of Red Hat (I think). I'll probably try either of these, and hopefully one will have drivers for these 10 year old systems. I know when we installed Red Hat 7.2 we didn't need any third party drivers, so hopefully we'll get lucky. The only catcher with RH7.2 was it didn't support the video, so everything was done via a terminal connected via serial port, which worked okay.
